💸 GRINDLOG – Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital Products (The Digital Vault)

  • All purchases of digital products are non-refundable.
  • This includes subscriptions and any downloadable content.
  • Once access is granted, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Physical Products (The Vault – Founder’s Edition)

  • You have the right to return unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
  • To be eligible, the book must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email support@grindlog.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide return instructions and the shipping address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Funds are returned via your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or card provider.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@grindlog.com.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost.

7. Exemptions

  • Sale items and promotional bundles cannot be refunded.
  • Founder’s Bonuses (e.g., free access to Digital Vault) are not eligible for cash value or refund.
