❓ Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my book ship?
Founder’s Edition of The Vault ships on November 15th, 2025. You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.

2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Delivery times vary: Scandinavia 3–7 days, Europe 5–12 days, North America 7–14 days, Rest of World 10–21 days. Customs may add delays.

3. Can I return my book?
Unopened books can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email support@grindlog.com to start a return. Digital products are non-refundable.

4. What happens after my free Digital Vault months?
Your membership continues automatically at €8/month. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date.

5. How do I cancel my Digital Vault subscription?
Log in to your account and select Cancel Subscription, or email support@grindlog.com. Access remains until the end of your billing cycle.

6. What if my package is damaged or missing?
If damaged, send photos within 7 days. If missing, contact us after 30 days. We’ll replace or refund as needed.
